Dear employer, Being a German native speaker, who studied the English and the German language and got more than 8 years of experience in translating different kinds of texts from the English into the German language (and sometimes vice versa) I'd enjoy to help you with whatever EN-GE translation project you might have. My experience as a translator include: - lots of translations for websites and blogs + - the translation of 7 novels/ebooks, from which were 6 EN-GE and 1 GE-EN and 5 romantic novels, one a large, novel-like essay and one a sci-fi horror novel. I studied English and German with the intention to become a teacher for these languages. But after some time I realized that I'd prefer working as a foreign language correspondence clerk or a translator to working as a teacher. So I began to work in an office and did an in-service training for the profession of an office clerk. Ten years ago I began a new career as a freelance translator and (copy)writer and meanwhile got a lot of experience in these professions.
