Kebutuhan ruang dan ide dasar desainnya bisa dilhat pada lampiran. Saya suka fasad dinding bata expose, tapi terbuka untuk ide2 lain. Kami juga menyukai material kayu, utamanya kayu jati yang banyak tersedia di lokasi. Untuk pintu utama kami ingin menggunakan pintu ukir jepara. Atap rumah rencananya kami buat dak cor beton supaya rooftop bisa digunakan untuk bersantai melihat pemandangan.
