We are seeking an experienced MEP engineer to review mechanical drawings, provide alterations if needed, and provide the necessary stamped drawings for a building permit in New York State (upstate NY not NYC). We are currently in the process of acquiring a building permit for an extension/addition (2070 sq ft) of our commercial daycare facility that will add 3 additional classrooms. We already have stamped structural engineering drawings completed that have been submitted to our town's building department and now need stamped MEP drawings for submission.
