I am looking to develop an animation that would show an image of a fit individual with different muscle engagements relating to specific exercises. So the idea would be to show a sit-up for an example, with the message to engage the ab muscles being sent to those muscles and showing them activating. The same idea would apply to say a side bend exercise that engages the obliques, and then ultimately getting to a new exercise that engages ALL of the core muscles simultaneously for a complete weight belt of stability that is desirable for optimal performance. Description I have done this the last few years and it is always pretty funny. My two sons refused to sit on Santa's lap (they are now 19 and 22) So I had them Photoshopped into the card.
