Boat hull in Fusion: convert STL laserscan mesh, and create parts for metal fabrication

I scanned the bottom of a 28ft wood boat. I scanned and meshed using Shining HX software, and saved in all the available formats, including STL. There are 16 separate scans. I want to create one surface (shell, i assume) in Fusion 360. The scans overlap quite a bit. I tried to use the correct settings on the scan and on the meshes, but this is the first scan i have tried. I am inexperienced, and the scan was rushed because the boat was only available out of the water for 2 days. (Need to wait until next year if i want to re-scan) . After the complete smooth 3d surface is created i want nautical lines drawings, as a set of 3 2d drawing views that show lines of “slices” in 1 ft increments in each of the 3 axis. After that, i want to create/re-create/convert the surface into a complete hull shape that has zero curves on it, that is made up of all small flat planes. My goal is to design the shape with 1/8 thick aluminum, with panels that each have lots of 2-d bends (1/2 deg bends and up to 3 deg max ) and some curved edges. Flat panels will have want to see the minimal number of planes that results in the surface following the 3d-curve within 1/16 inch. The edges of the flats don’t all need to be straight edges , but i hope to see most of the edges straight. (Also, i hope to get a similar model that minimizes the number of flats but using a pattern that has the curved edges of some of the plane follow cosmetically nice lines that following the general curves if the boat sort of like globe longitude lines) . That covers the one/boat project i want to do. After that, i’d like to get a system/template i can share with boat-building friends, where they can either 1) take a scan and i can “easily”repeat the above process, and/or 2) take an existing 2-d nautical lines drawing and i can “easily” create the aluminum fab model . Note: i am only interested in one style of sailboat, so the “template” im trying to get to would be for various sizes of hull shapes where all the hull shapes look very similar but where the magnitude:radii of 3d curves vary some.
