Highly Complex Fillable PDF's

I need several fillable pdfs created. They are financial in nature and are for my tax and investments business. They will require complex calculations and projecting % returns over a period of time. I also will want the form to look nice and have my logo on it and any other aesthetic looks to it. You will need to be highly experienced in creating complex fillable pdfs. I would like to see some of your past work. I want you to bid on how much you would charge for one page. I will further describe what I want on the pages: 1. A Retirement Income page. Here we will fill in basic fields and the only calculations needed will be to calculate how much income someone will take from a balance that is filled in. ex: Someone takes a 6% withdraw from a 100,000 balance, but the balance is growing at an average of 7% each year. We'll need to show the monthly income amount and also what's happening with the balance. Also the numbers may need to stop at life expectancy. We'll have fields to input income information that is expected in retirement. 2. A Pre-Retirement income page. Similar to the #1 only here we will project how much money someone will need later in retirement based on their current situation and how much they can invest monthly to get to the targeted amount by retirement age. It will be based on what % return they get each year. It will factor in life expectancy and making sure to have enough to outlive your money. This will be the most complicated page to program. 3. A page where you simply insert how much coverage someone has for various insurances such as life insurance and disability. The page will calculate how much life insurance is needed based on a few factors. It should only be subtraction and addition here, nothing fancy. 4. A monthly expenses and debts page. This page is simply where I'll input all the monthly expenses in someone's life and we'll have a place for the totals. Probably not too complicated to program. 5. Child's education planning. On this page an amounts will be calculated to see if the individual has enough money for their kids college based on how much they're putting away, expected return and also expected rising costs of education. We'll need space to put more than one child and also what percentage the parents plan to pay. I would say there is low to moderate programming here. 6. An input form to put all the clients vital information such as their name, incomes, ages, list of their assets, list of their mortgage info, and any other basic information about the client. Maybe a place for notes. Not really much programming here but it will be a fillable pdf of course. 7. Long Term care planning page. This page will provide information and detail how much long term care coverage is needed for a particular client. It will likely be a low amount of programming. Probably only addition and subtraction.
