What is your experience with airbn and vacation rentals? 2. Are you looking for full time or part time work. 3. Work hour times: 4-10 PM Central Time United States Job duties: - price syncing , calendar updates on Hostaway and pricelabs and smart bnb. -responding to Air BNB and Tenant questions and working with airbnb resolutions -Project management: Scheduling Air BNB cleaners and maintenance contractor people at the property Requirements 1. Fluent in English. You will be texting and calling guests, tenants and maintenance contractors in English in Texas. If you speak spanish its helpful but not required 2. Home office with computer, mobile phone, and reliable high speed internet is required. IMPORTANT: All times are in US Central Standard Time (CST). Works hours are typically Work Hours: 4-10 PM Pay 1. First 4 weeks is trial period. Pay is $3/hour. 2. After 4 weeks pay increases to $4-6/hour depending on work experience 3. You get paid every two weeks
