Add a page to a Joomla website

I need a Joomla expert to add a page to Joomla website. The new page will use an existing page as a template, and I will supply new headlines, copy, and images. The page will be password protected, so a new Welcome/Login page will also need to be created. That page will also use the existing page as a template. If you are experienced, accurate, and knowledgeable, this will be a very straightforward project. PLEASE NOTE: This is a one day project. I need the project completed within 8 hours of acceptance of the bid. Please do not bid on this unless you can start immediately, and will finish it within that time frame.
