Looking for java expert who can help me with creating my backend on Java (including apis which can be called from mobile app) with a sample app to test functionality. The app is all about sharing file and folder with other user (just like dropbox) where once a user share file / folder with other its automatically synced to other user's mobile. P.S. No advance payment and please dont request to release milestone before full completion of project. Low on budget

Relevant Skills and Experience Have completed many projects on Website building with both frontend and backend and also one project where backend has to be used by both Mobile App and website.
