Disable Screen Video Recording and Screeshot -- 2

Restrict Video Recording While On Video Call from one user to another user. when try restrict the video recording from any third party application or in build application. It black out all inner screens but when video call start (third party quick blox api) it stop the function and start the recording the video call. Have to restrict those who are expert in QUICK BLOX.
