animation eagle

I need a quick, about 35 second animation on a transparent background, maybe of the shadow also on the ground of an eagle flying with red white and blue wings. It needs to fly for a few seconds then turn into the camera with hid talons out and freeze in place for a logo sting. Maybe the entire eagle looks normal until he turns and attacks the camera then his wings change? how ever you want to do it. Attached is the eagle I am looking for, redone as realistic as possible. I am looking for something realistic NOT cartoon looking. 1080p NTSC 100% of milestone paid when 100% of the project is done, thos are my terms.
