anime 20-30 minutes

I am looking for a talented animator to create a 20-30 minute anime with a fantasy theme and a Studio Ghibli type vibe. I have a specific storyline or plot in mind and I expect the animation to have moderate level of detail with more detailed movements and expressions. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating anime, be able to capture the fantasy atmosphere, and have a strong understanding of character movements and expressions.

The animation will be called the cloud of Moonsul

the first twenty minutes of the film will be a silent anime with good facial expressions and emotions.

only the last ten minutes will have emotion.

This first scene will be in black and white ,As the story goes our lead girl called moonika was kicked out of a orphanage in the start as the nun slams the door on her face she goes knocking to other neighbors to stay with and they all slam the door on her face. Hungry and tired moonika falls asleep on a bench . when she wakes up the cold world around her starts to bleed with color and she is no longer sleeping in a bench but when she wakes up it starts to bleed with color and shes suddenly laying on a patch of grass take liberty with the art style and color but it does have to stick to the anime like theme. When she starts walking she finds herself walking to a village where there are spirit like beings living among themselves viberant all diffrent colors she starts looking around at the food in the food stands at the village holding her stumage with hunger one spirit offers her a fuit but she declines and it goes wild turning gray chasing her knocking off the food of the stands and messing up the look all the spirts close the doors in fear the next scene a boy the main chracter called moonsul supposed to be a very handsome spirit human shaped grabs her wrist and starts running with her mid air and they start to fly because of how fast she was running.

He looks at her and nods then he tells her she just escaped a rouge spirit she lookes confused at evreything going on and they run up or fly up to a cloud with a small cottage on top of the cloud this is the cloud of moonsul where he can control the weather. he opends the door by just touching it and lets her in . he says what is a human doing in the land of the spirits and she explains that she just woke up there. the one controlling the moving cloud is a hamster on a hamster weal. from here take liberty with the rest of the story im just going to give you the basics of the rest of the story moonsul starts growing fond of her but then reminds himself how he lost the sun sprit she was a beautiful sprit how humans took her for granted using her light for evil she died hence his name was just moon but when she died her powers created a pocket universe where all emotions and spirit lay and where all the colors left the earth too moonika has to find a way to spread the colors back to the normal world and to set the spirits free to bring back joy to the earth. when he falls into his own deppression because she reminded him of sul the sun the world starts turning black and white itself slowly she has to stop it . She shows him happy emotions and slowly herself starts to glow yellow becoming the new sun because of her joy moonsul starts to feel a crack in his heart after his conflicting feelings and starts to fade she starts crying over his faded body and her glowing tears heal his broken heart when they hug the pocket universe explodes its pocket and color starts going back to the rest of the earth . When this happens moonsul and her share a moment wich will be the end of the movie where he tells her he doesnt have to be moonsul anymore and could be just moon and she could be the new sol the cloud turns gold and silver instead of just silver how it was in the start and it pans out to it ending.
