Cartoon-Style 3D Animation and Video Editing

I'm in need of a skilled 3D animator and video editor to create and edit 4 separate shorts, each maybe less than 15 seconds long. For these animations, a cartoon-style look and feel is preferred. The project includes: - The use of provided 3D models and raw video footage - Following my prepared script described below - Delivering a finished, ready-to-use video I am looking for someone who has advanced skills in 3D animation that capture a playful, cartoony aesthetic. I would like to create 4 shorts that I was looking to make and also combine them to one video for youtube. I have a video recording of four kids asking a question each: 1. Where does Krishna live? 2. How can we be happy? 3. What is Krishna like...? 4. Is Krishna the strongest superhero? What I'd like to do with this is present this as a "ask Krishna anything" video as well as shorts. So each of these questions will be answered by Krishna in a short video (Shorts) and then we will compile them together as a normal YouTube video as well. Given one is Shorts and the other a YouTube video, we might need to crop them differently. For each video, we'll start with text on screen saying... "Questions we want to ask Krishna" and then show each of the kids asking their question covering half the screen and Krishna's 3d character covering the second half listening and showing expressions of wanting to answer. Those four characters asking the four questions are real human children. I have the video of those kids but we'll just need to edit it a bit to make it looking professional and nice. For the rest of each of the videos, here's how I'm imagining Krishna's character will answer each question: 1. Where does Krishna live? - Showing his Island (3d model I provide) with music in the background (I will provide the audio of a song) 2. How can we be happy? - We'll play the song and Krishna holding a chanting bag and passing it to the girl on the other side of the screen (I have a video of her catching the chanting bag and beginning chanting. 3. What is Krishna like...? - We'll show various texts on screen to represent qualities of Krishna and as we scroll through these we'll show images of Krishna displaying that sort of a character , e.g. "Cool" might show him looking cool wearing glasses maybe?, "brave" might show him as holding weapons. Hope you get what I mean. 4. Is Krishna the strongest superhero? - This one is a bit interesting, I'm hoping for this one we can show Krishna interested in testing his strength and summoning superheroes like Hulk, Superman, Ironman (any superhero characters I can purchase cheaply on the internet or if you have them) and somehow show Krishna putting them to shame. Haven't figured out how, probably not a fight with them but something a bit more friendly to test their strengths. For each of these shorts and then the final compiled video, we'll need to add sound where applicable but hopefully much of the music can be taken from my own channel or relevant sources to avoid copyright claims.
