Video for street and traffic lights for presentation of a product

We are looking for a freelancer who can create a video that will demonstrate how my product works. The video should be between 1-3 minutes long. I am open to the freelancer's creativity in terms of visual elements, but the video should clearly showcase the product's features and benefits. What we need: ============ We need a video as carton or 3D animation … how you will create the video it's up to your creativity but sure we will talk quicky and I will send you more information as a word file explaining what we need exactly. Video showing the attached diagram as real one including but not limited to 3building and streets and how the cars moving from one traffic light to another with specific direction.
