Seeking a gifted Illustrator/Animator for generating a portfolio of images/animations for an app which will be for teaching toddlers phonics and sound sequencing. Would like approximately 250 animations for this app. Please be familiar with storyboard and other elegant and attractive Apple software-based programs which create a "high class" textured look and feel to the app. Nothing garish; everything attractive, with appealing soothing sounds and effects. Project is on a limited budget.
