Web Design Template

We are looking for a clean & professional web design theme/template for a client. The design should be visual enhanced, possibly using flash animation, image roll overs, images swapping, and any other effects. This is a business presence website, therefore a professional feel should be maintained. After the template is completed, we will fill in the remaining content (the text for each page). Since we may possibly need to change certain elements of pages (such as text of image links), we require editable source files (.PSD files for PhotoShop, .PNG files for Fireworks, etc.). ## Deliverables 1) Complete template requiring only the insertion of content. This includes HTML pages, Images, any Flash Animations, and other media used on websites. The template must be constructed in the HTML pages as it would appear on the web (minus content). 2) ALL Source files for ALL media used on the website. This includes Editable documents for all images created (such as .PSD, .PNG, or .CDR files), and all flash animations 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased, However the overall design of the website may be reused in future projects by the coder. ## Platform Netscape Navigator 4.0+ and Internet Explorer 5.0+
