API application programming interface

Hello! I need a web application to integrate data from some websites that offer trade market information. This first project is about 3 websites: I need a chart to compare: Bid (buying) prices from website 1 / Ask (selling) prices from website 2 Bid (buying) prices from website 1 / Ask (selling) prices from website 3 Features desired are: 1)Possibility to configure chart trade history, like last hours, last days, weeks, months... 2)Possibility to receive an alert when rates (bitstamp price/mercado bitcoin price or kraken price/mercadobitcoin price) exceed some determined value. The alert should contain the 3 prices (from the 3 websites), the 2 rates and the time/date. 3)Possibility to filter only asks and bids bigger than a value I can set (for example: over 0.5 bitcoins) It can be a web application and I need it installed in some server I can hire.
