The flow chart must be formatted as a calendar that allows the user to check off the tasks as they are performed, the automated time to perform all tasks shall be 16 business hours. The clock should only countdown during preset business hours and shall start and stop during those hours. An example of the flow would be order>order for out ofstock skus’ (if not than new set of rules)> confirm payment has been received(if not than new set of rules)> order is being picked> order is picked> (rules based on shipping picked by customer> Order is ready to be picked up>Customer has confirmed the accuracy of the order> order has been picked up The view for the admin shall be a color coded calendar view of tasks that are to be performed and tasks that are behind schedule. There will be an ability in the calendar view so that tasks can drag and drop from one day and dropped to another, when the task is moved it shall be a different color to know this task is behind schedule. Also if a task is delayed an alert shall be sent to selected persons.
