we have 10's of pages comprising a court case between a Qatari Company and a British Citizen. Most of these details some events on the relationship between them:
- the conflict,
- Denial of salary by the company
- Unfairly imposing travel ban so individual was trapped in Qatar
- the actions from both sides,
- police proceedings against the individual,
- court actions / judgements,
- effect on Staff, Business and family of the Individual
- Finally courts cleared the individual of any wrong doing and declared him innocent
Events took place over 6 years or so from 2012. To 2019.
Required:
A human rights organisation in Europe is taking up the individual's “claim for damages” case against the company, given that his fundamentals human rights were abused by preventing him and his family to leave the Country (Qatar), among other violations of false accusations, imprisonment and denial of wages. The European Lawyers asked for a short version of all these Events, preferably in 4 pages in Arabic (or English), which will be used as a backup in their court case in Europe to claim against the Qatari company.
In brief: they are looking for a Good Summary, focusing on Violation and Damages to the individual, his financial situation and all harm done to his family.
