Academin writing on Orgainzational behaviour need to be start and done now...

Need to write literature review on orgainzational behaviour on "Cosmopolitanism Vs Globalization"... already awarded to some one, they delivered copy paste work and it is rejected by the software... See the attachments and I need this to be done in 4-5 hours as it is very very urgent............ will give continuous work for the successful delivery........ total 3000 words....
