CRAIGSLIST FLAG STOPPER

I do ad postings on craigslist and recently my ads have been removed by “flaggers” apparently using one of the many flagging programs available to the public. I need someone to design software that will make my adds bullet-proof. I would expect the software to be designed, to withstand at least 1,000-2,000 flags before the ad goes down. Also, the software must be user friendly so that ads can be easily posted. I am not a spam poster on CL. I maintain about 20-25 Ads per day. I buy Items from people. THIS PROGRAM MUST BE TESTED 1st WILL PUT $$ IN ESCROW AND IF ADS STAY ALIVE FOR 48 HOURS PAYMENT WILL BE RELEASED IF ADS ARE STILL VISIBLE.
