Building a facing page for an existing website

We are planning to run A/B testing on the facing page for our website. We need someone to build the "B" version of the main page. The website is Tfor2.com. The new version of the main page will retain all the functionality of the existing one (registration form, profile photos imported from database, links to various other pages ushc as blog, faq etc) BUT will be laid out very differently. You will need good knowledge of the usual skillsets, PLUS a good working knowledge of ASP.NET. Note: in the past, we have had experiences where we have had to start from scratch becuse the supplied code has not been up to the standard required. Therefore we will pay only a small milestone until we have seen evidence that the page being built is up to the standards we need. Please do not bid unless you are prepared for this.
