simple ASP.Net website with some fun features

Hi All , I have few websites running well and currently working on 2-3 websites. I want somebody to help me out with a website project which my friend wants me to do. I want a website which has following features 1. Registration page, 2. Login Page 3. Chatting page: Admin(me) should be able to create many chat rooms so that users can go directly there and chat. Users can login and go to chatting window where users can select previously created chat rooms and enter to chat . Users who are not logged in should be able to chat using their desired name (guest ) which should be asked while entering on chatting room. Logged in users should be able to create their chat rooms and chat. 4. Fun Page : This page will display 10 random images from website root -> Images folder(configurable). Page should display 10 Images(configurable) on each page and should have First, Next , Previous, Last Buttons You can use ASP.net 4.0 , and Mysql as database for chatting . IMP: Code should be easy to read and maintain.
