Kannada to English Translation & Transcription

Hi, I'm a filmmaker and have recently returned from a trip to India where I conducted multiple interviews in Kannada. I now need them to be translated and transcribed (with precise timecodes for each sentences so that I will be able to edit cleanly). I require the services of transcription agents ideally located in India. They should be fluent in English and work as fast as possible. The topic of conversation in most of the interviews is about organic cotton farming but is not very technical. Many of the interviews are around 45 minutes, but I only need a fraction of that actually translated. This is because we did have someone roughly translating the answers to us on the spot, which takes up the bulk of the audio interview time. All I need are the translations and timings for the questions in Kannada and then the answers. If the first interview transcription is delivered quickly and to a high quality, there will be a further 5 or 6 interviews which I would be happy to continue with the same freelancer. Minor spelling mistakes are acceptable. You can also use abbreviations as this will save a lot of time if you wish (e.g org=organization, intl = international, etc) Please make sure I can read and comprehend your transcription however! I think it is best if we first agree on a price and the delivery format, so that we are both on the same page before we start. Equally, I require you to accept to the following 2 conditions: 1. You must not disclose, distribute or copy any part of the confidential transcription audio files to anybody else. You must keep the transcription audio files secret and confidential and delete the transcription audio files stored on your computer (and any copies) once you have finished the transcription and given me the text files. 2. You must use the transcription audio files only for the purpose of transcribing, and must not use the transcription audio files for any other purpose.
