We are operating a French style coffee shop/Cafe in downtown San Diego. We are leasing a new space for another Cafe in San [login to view URL] Space is 590 square feet in a grey shell condition. We need to develop space plans, renderings of elevation and construction blueprints such as Mechanical, plumbing, electric, ceiling, kitchen and other plans that are required for Tenant Improvements to submit to City and County of San Diego. Plans must have architecture and structural engineers approval. We already have developed our own design of floor and kitchen that need to be incorporated in the construction plans. Plan designer must be able to submit and get plan check by City of San Diego, County of San Diego Health department and FEWD. Please, submit previous similar work done in City and County of San Diego
