Ipsys Solutions provides a wide range of business communication solutions and IT services for companies and public administrations. Thoses solutions are classified into 7 specific universes : 1. IP Print 2. IP Connect 3. IP Network 4. IP POS Terminaux de paiement 5. IP POS Système de caisse 6. IP Security 7. Modern Work Place Within our Marketing strategy, we would like to have for each of these universes a brochure that will present our concept, solutions and client benefits. Please find attached a draft for the first universe : IP Print. This document gives an overall idea of the brochure’s design and content. However, do not hesitate to be creative with other suggestions (especially in terms of space optimization) –> the idea is to have an easy to read document, with a refined design. Texts are ok. Icons and images are only indicatives (no property rights). To be used as an inspiration source. This document will be printed, A4 Format, R/V ; and will be used by our consultants to present our offer (B2B offer) We would like to receive, as a first step, a brochure for only one universe (IP Print). In addition to it, we would like to receive a suggestion for the 6 other remaining universes. The idea is to have a model that could potentially be used as a template for the other universes (consistency). This template should be very simplified, with no content or image. This project will be sliced into 7 parts. The first part will be at 200€ (as it contains 1 brochure Print + template for the 6 remaining ones). The 6 remaining parts will be at 150€ each. Once the first brochure is finalised and paid, we will publish a new brief for the 6 remaining universes. IP Print brochure + template = 200€ x1 6 brochures = 150€ x6 Project Total Cost = 1100€ Please note that this project will end once the 7 brochures are finalized.
