We require research and financial budgeting into a co working office project.
In your Excel and research you will report to us the following:
1. Features and function of a co working office
2. How can the co work office be divided (cubicles, individual rooms, private space, shared space, functional or event areas
3. Density of a co work space, ie the amount of space per individual
4. Financial analysis into the cost of leasing and then the profit from leasing out individual hot desks; rooms etc.
5. Scenario analysis which we can play with the numbers (ie density, cost, number of individual hot desks; rooms; charge rate etc)
Summary of the above findings; and at what rate/cost and/or density before a co working space is profitable or makes a loss.
Experience with office leasing; real estate property and project planning/proposal writings is a plius.
