Cross- Platform Win7 / Mac Application in C/C++

I am looking for an expert programmer that has at least 8 years experience in C++ / programming, that I can work with on a part time bases to code the application I require. I am looking for someone that has a proven track record and is serious and has great communication skills and I will only discuss with the programmer not a project manager.
