Visual Studio 2010 C++ to VB simple project conversion 2

Hi freelancers, this is a very simple task how can take only 30' to an good C++ and VB Visual Studio 2010 programmer. The task is get the attachment file (is a very small C++ 2010 test USB driver command line program) and translate in to VB.Net 2010.
