189162 FTP File upload thru AOLclient

Looking for project that uploads files to AOL VIA their latest version client. You can access AOL's member space FTP at keyword: FTP. I will sign on to an account manually, and onced signed on I would like a program to upload files/folders I select. I need this program to have the ability to upload to a specific sub folder as well.
