510502 CSS Code Cleanup

I recently had a website designed and coded; however, I found a lot of the code to use outdated techniques and exhibit redundancy. Bad practices include not using lists for menus or other lists, very old (and broken) sticky footer code in the CSS… just to name a few. This website has a CSS based structure meaning that there are no HTML tables used. I would like to keep it that way but bring all the code up to speed and ensure that it is fully compatible in all browsers. The site itself is about 6 to 8 pages.
