I need to build 2 separate applications for windows in c#. Applications are for internal use ONLY, no need for graphics of any kind of complicated GUI. Will not be used by clients. Below is a quick general summary of the applications. I will select 2 or 3 finalists from the list of bids, I will send you a full and detail scoop of the ACTIONS that needs to be perform, I'll answer your questions and you'll be able to re-adjust your final price afterwards before I award the project. APPLICATION #1 Will need to load a list of Instagram accounts (from a text file) When a thread starts, it will need to connect to a proxy Verify the proxy, if valid, DO ACTION (using the instagram API) example:(liking a picture or following someone) The thread will need to have specific rules for max # of likes per hour, per IP, etc. All ACTIONS will use the Instagram API, so nothing weird or complicated. Simple request to API, get results, then perform action based on software settings. ACTIONS will only be to "LIKE" pictures and "FOLLOW" users Example: To get the list of pictures to like, I will need some options: a. Get pictures from #hashtag _____ and like those b. Get pictures from Latitude/Longitude ____ and like those c. Get the last 5 pictures from people that follow my account and like those d. Get the last 5 pictures from people who "liked" one of MY pictures in the last 15 days. These are example of the API request to get the list of of pictures of user accounts. You should get the concept. APPLICATION #2) Will be the same as application #1, but the ACTION will be to "COMMENT" on pictures instead of doing LIKES and FOLLOW. (the core concept of loading profiles, starting a thread, connecting to a proxy and performing an action stays the same. Application #2 will need to Store and load a list of "pre-define" comments to answer. It will not send random comments to random users, but instead will get the list of people that commented on one of MY pictures, will show me that comment (and previous comments from that same user), and from 1 click of the mouse, I will select which comment/reply (from the stored list of comments) to send back via the API. I will go into more details on that with the finalist. When submitting your bids, please write the word "BLUE" on the top of your bid.
