base line code for .net project using NRule(https://github.com/NRules/NRules/wiki) to build dynamic rules engine for logs manipulation

I want to have a dynamic rule engine that we can use to manipulate the logs already saved in db and show them depending on some certain rules. I found this library NRule([login to view URL]) and we want a base line code, demo that show how to use it for logging you can pass certain rules ( for examples gother me the logs that are for employees get operations in this date range) the program will run in background and generate the new filtered/grouped logs this is just a proof of concept, or the base line code for a .net core project using NRules, I'm open to other suggestions if easier
