MS SQL SSMS 2018 Add-in Query History

I need a VS 2017 project that creates an add-in for SSMS 2018 that has a threaded timer to monitor activity of the code editor, set timer to capture and display in custom window the history of query activity at 3 minute intervals. In addition to history being maintained in the add-in window, the history will be written to a local sql server database file. The table only needs to have the following columns, servername, dbname, timestamp, and sqlquery. When a query is executed, the add-in will automatically add to the history window. Each entry in the history window will have the timestamp associated with it and stored in the local SQL database.
