I need an Interactive Live 3D Wallpaper made for Mobile Phones. I am unsure if it will be some sort of Interactive MP4 video or something entirely different, I would like you to explain how it would be developed just like the samples in the document. All 3D Graphics must appeal photorealistic and move and appear very life like. You can create a Live Wallpaper Service and use these languages to handle the interactivity and animations. iOS: For iOS devices (like iPhones and iPads), you would typically use Swift or Objective-C. Apple's development environment, Xcode, is used to create dynamic and interactive wallpapers. You must create everything I need for my 3D Wallpaper and make sure it works on the phones. You must sign my NDA "Non-Disclosure Agreement" before I disclose the design details of exactly what I need made before beginning work on my project. You must sign my IP agreement. All coding must be 100% original, if you want to use an open source code you must get it approved from me first. You will help with the installation of the wallpaper. You will provide a way for me to test the 3D wallpaper on my android phone and it must be secure so no one else can access it. And the link would need private access so no one else can look at my project. You will send me progress updates with me at least 3 times a week. I will own the copyright to the program. I will own all intellectual rights to the program and source code. I will own the source code and you will send me the program and source code when the project is completed and accepted by me. I will not release the payment until the program is completed, tested, delivered, and accepted by me. I don't communicate on Sundays.
