I'm seeking a dedicated customer service representative with intermediate-level expertise for full-time support. This role includes: SUTTERHEALTH compensation: $25.00 per hour employment type: full-time job title: Customer service representative SUTTER HEALTH As a not-for-profit organization, we reinvest our resources back into the community. CUSTOMER SERVICE We have several Full-Time positions available. Office hours are M-F 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are looking for employees who are: Reliable, Polite, Honest, On-time, team worker, quick to provide assistance, and have the willingness to go the extra mile when helping our customers. Must have the ability to complete tasks alone / unsupervised. BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE DUTIES ARE: - Handling customer complaints: Answer customer phone calls and provide them with the information that they request · Resolve customer complaints in a fair manner. - Patient scheduling: scheduling: Registering, scheduling and rescheduling patients for initial appointments and follow-ups. - Document all calls:Communicate in a professional, empathetic, and diplomatic manner with good voice quality, diction, and articulation. Work to achieve daily. - Assist patients with paperwork: Position requires excellent telephone communication skills, and a high level of skill in entering data into the computer while talking with patients. - Working more than 8 hours per day QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS High School education or equivalent work experience 2+ years of customer service experience is preferred, but not required Some office experience is required Some knowledge of the Health record keeping is preferred, but not required Excellent verbal and written communication skills required Able to use a telephone and have basic computer skills with experience MS Office Know and understand how to use order management system to process orders and quotes Know and understand how to use automated information systems to analyze customer situations Able to work in a team environment; able to work in an open office environment; pay attention to details; perform work accurately and in detail; and follow directions Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English This position requires U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency to meet ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) We offer competitive pay rates, paid vacation after one year, and paid time off. Pay rates for all positions to be determined during the interview process on an individual basis. We give regular raises and have great company parties! Ideally, you have proven experience in all three channels and are known for your problem-solving skills. Your capacity to maintain customer satisfaction levels high no matter the platform is a must-have skill. As an intermediate-level professional, you should already have hands-on experience in dealing with different customer interactions.
