Type up a legal complaint (lawsuit)

I had a business dispute with a landlord that resulted in an un-filed lawsuit then a settlement agreement. There were violations of the settlement that resulted in additional damages. I have the original complaint, the settlement agreement, and written summary of additional events that took place after the settlement. I would need someone with legal expertise to review all of the documentation and construct a new complaint based on Breach of Contract of the settlement agreement, and Violation of Florida Statute 83.67. And also possibly giving me legal advise along the way in addition to working with me to get the legal complaint perfect. 1) On January 12th the tenents presented a lawsuit for changing the locks on 2 of the apartments in Wynwood violating the Florida statute 83.67 2) The lawsuit outlined the damages done by disrupting our business relationships with vacation rental companies. 3) In response to the lawsuit, on January 13th, the landlord instructed the property manager, "Don", to turn off the electricity to 2 more rentals with the master switch box behind lock and key that only the landlord has access. Again violating Florida statute 83.67 3A)The only way to turn them back on was to call the police who forced Don to unlock the master electric box and turn the switches on) (see recordings) 4) This further disrupted our business relationship with our accounts with the vacation rental websites and resulted in a direct cancellation and refund of $350 to a guest who was staying there. 5) The tenants entered into a settlement agreement with no monetary gain - only to end the leases and to prevent further interference with our business relationship with the vacation rental websites 6) On 3/7/15 the property manager, "Don" was screaming at the tenants on the top of his lungs in the hallways and inside one of our rented apartments. The tenant called the police and "Don" fled before they arrived. 7) Guests who were checking into the apartment, saw this incident and felt unsafe in the building, cancelling and demanding a refund. 8) The guests reported the incident to the vacation rental website who deemed the rentals unsafe. 9) I documented and recorded the incident and forwarded it over to the landlord along with a notice that they violated our agreement by also not fixing the gas leak in the water heater. 10) The landlord responded by allowing someone to enter our apartment and turning off the gas altogether from our gas lines without even notifying us - AGAIN violating Florida statute 83.67. 11) A series of guests rented the apartment and after all demanded refunds because they had no hot water or working appliances. 12) After a series of complaints from guests claiming the rentals is 'unsafe' and lack the promised utilities- and the primary vacation rental website has put our account 'under review' I would like to sue for 9,000 for changing of the locks in 2 apartments in Wynwood) 5,400 for turning off electricity in 2 apartments in Design District 2,700 for turning off gas in in one apartment in Design District 679 for canceled reservation due to screaming employee
