I would like someone to perform the following administration tasks in a PHP Link directory powered site: - Add approximately 50 categories into the directory with short titles specified by us, and 300 - 500 character descriptions of what can be found in the category. It will be up to you to write the description text . Text must be original with correct spelling and grammar. The text will be unique for each category and will be consistent in writing style across all categories, text must not be simple copy pasted of other internet content , although we understand that there will be similarities between category descriptions the text for each category must not have the appearance of simple boiler plate with words changed to suit the category. - Visit and validate 1400 links to ensure they are still pointing to the resource described in the directory and deactivate links that are no longer valid. - Re-organise remaining links into the new category structure. This is the first step in transforming the current website if this first project is successful a number of future projects will be posted to build and promote this website.

Hi This seems to be an interesting project and I'd definitely be interested in doing it. Pasted below is a work sample of mine (even though it might be irrelevant) --- AND AWAY SHE GOES……… As September died, a festival was born; a festival to watch, learn and celebrate technical excellence. The passing of September heralded the arrival of TechTatva, one of the most eagerly awaited events of the year. Excitement ran high on the first day. There was something for everybody, whether they were technically minded, or just wanted to have a light hearted moment (courtesy of TextTatva!). Events like Rehabology were relevant and heart-warming, a reminder as to the purpose of an engineer. Others showcased an engineer’s idiosyncrasies, and yet others, well, TextTatva covered that area rather thoroughly... Though the initial excitement was palpable, it quietly gave way to a rather sporadic final day. However, everybody took away something from the whole affair. All in all, for good or otherwise, TechTatva 2011 will be one of the most memorable events of the year. ----- I am on my holidays now, and thus I would be able to dedicate more time per day towards this project. The time limit/ deadline is negotiable as per the employers' requirement. Regards writing4fun.
