I am presently working in one of the leading housing developers here in Cebu City. I've been in the company for more than five (5) years. I started with the company as Clerk wherein my tasks is to evaluate and prepare contracts for clients who will avail housing loan through Pag-IBIG and/or bank financing.
As of the present, I am now a Documentation Assistant Supervisor of the Sales and Documentation Department in which I still handle the evaluation and preparation of contracts. In addition thereto I am responsible in the preparation and/or respond to company's correspondence from clients and government agencies such as Pag-IBIG Fund. I am also responsible in providing information to clients on housing loan availment, the pros and cons of acquiring real estate property.
My experience has honed my knowledge in customer service by dealing clients with information and answering to their inquiries. It helped me also in email handling being able to answer our clients through emails. It likewise speed up my typing/encoding as I can type 52 words per minute. I was able to know my typing speed when I applied for a call center company wherein they had me encoded a certain data.
Though I already have a job, I still would like to expound my knowledge especially in the field of online work. I want to experience to work in a company at the convenience of my home. Actually, the main reason I want to have an online job is because I want to spend more time with my children especially that they're growing up. They need guidance. With the online work, it is like hitting two birds in one stone. Being able to work with the company at home and has the chance to take care of my children.
