Very interesting proposition. I have invested in tax liens myself and i can see the potential. Obviously the task to attract investors have to be achieved not only through numbers like the ones you have in the few tables, but also, benchmarking with funds doing the same or similar activities in the real estate market, providing a lot more background on the management team, what's the value proposition it is bringing to the table, how can demonstrate that value proposition (maybe a portfolio of tax liens and their perfomance), since real estate might be a bad reputation these days, what would you do different to protect investors' interests in the fund. etc.
All goes to say that I have completed a business plans and can help here. Also, i will be willing to help and invest the proceeds in the venture provided that there is a proof of incorporation.
