I need a SUPER-RELIABLE, honest, proactive efficient assistant that can help me stay organized and help me move forward on various projects and tasks. Proactive and smart: You must also be forward thinking in the sense that you don't sit back and expect me to feed you everything. You need to be smart enough to ask the right questions and proactive and making sure tasks get done by being very systematic. If there's something you can't do yourself you will find the right people for the job. You need to have an accent-free - PERFECT - English - you will speak to me on skype for an interview. Your tasks might include: - Project Management (specifically with web developers / coders) - Take error-free, highly-detailed notes - Coordinate assignments with other team members - Call or send emails on my behalf - Taking care of specific tasks (research, writing, etc.) - Put a job spec together to hire people for specific tasks if you can't do it yourself We will do a daily call of about 30 minutes-1 hour, where you will give me a daily updates or take tasks. Your bid is for joining me for a 2 week period, which may be extended depending upon various factors.
