Sales Video for Landing Page Needed

I need a sales video to feature on the landing page of a client's website. It needs to be pretty, it needs to be cool, silky smooth and it needs to convert lots and lots. Meaning, we'll be working and reworking the video until it is converting for the client. These are the basic deliverables for this project: 1. Script written based on a sales formula 2. Presentation file - preferably on Keynote with animations and transitions 3. Voice acting based on script and presentation 4.
