Create/ enter Meta Data for 6600 pages - Title, descriptions, keywords

Looking for someone with experience creating and entering Meta Data ( page titles, keywords and descriptions) for 6600 category pages. We will provide an excel spreadsheet with the listings that need to be done as well as samples of the data and a list of keywords and phrases we would want added throughout the listings.
