AAC "on the fly decoder" from internet streaming

We want to create a C++ class (compatible with visual studio 2010) for decoding aac internet audio streaming on the fly (we only require deconding, and not playing the audio) at any supported bit rate. We would provide the name of the class methods, and some attributes, to make it compatible with our system. We would also provide some functions to stablish the conection and to read from a given HTTP address. We will use it for commercial purpose.
