C++ Application that clears all browser cookies and cache

Hello, I would like a program, preferably coded in C++, which clears all browser cookies and cache, along with all saved passwords. All browsers referring to Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer, Opera, and Safari. I would like the source code and the compiled project. It should be a small file and it should run without prompt, so it does not need graphics or such. After school everyday the computers must be cleared of any saved information, and I will also use it personally for security and ease of use.
