Fast Plans CRM

Hi, I run an architectural practice specialising in residential extensions. Currently I complete around 350 separate projects per year. Our target is to complete 1000 projects per year within the next 12-18 months and, in order to do so, I need to improve our CRM systems. There are around 10 identifiable stages to our projects from sale enquiry through to completion. A typical project will be live for an average of 3 weeks and will involve 5 people along the way. I recently started using Pipe Drive as a management platform for my projects which has been a big improvement. I still do not have a full grasp of all Pipe Drive has to offer and it may be that I just need help in understanding how to make better use of it. Or it may be there is a better CRM platform for me to use. So, I am firstly looking for someone to advise on what platform would suit my business best plus assistance in tailoring this to my business and then providing ongoing support.
