Image manipulation using Javascript and CSS

I have three small problems where an image has to become greater in size using Javascript and CSS and a small slide show using javascript. Note that I hired a freelancer whom simple did not respond anymore and now my project is due in only three hours. These are very small and should take less than one hour for a good freelancer. If you can deliver this in two hours or so please bid, otherwise please don't bid at all. I need this soon. Attached is the program specification along with the starting code.
