I have almost 4 years of experience as Customer Service Specialist handling projects in the UK and USA. We respond to queries, handle complaints and provide information to our customers by email, chat and over the phone which is a significant advantage for this role. I pride myself on my stellar communication skills, I am diligent when it comes to documentation and I am adamant about learning new techniques to help me progress in my career.
