lately, I built a similar Excel application which enables you to manage databases in a spreadsheet and to issue pivot table reports. The application can upload databases from the main system, into a master file and show the transactions on user form with a possibility to review to update them in the excel. There is a strong search engine to find specific records. During the process, Excel validates the information and prepares reports and documents based on needed parameters and criteria. There is a report generator which enables you to develop templates independently. And more, the files are secured by username login and password.
