Hello! I've read your requirements. I will use my web development skills to create a dashboard for you. My approach would be to create a web app that would read your Excel file. It would identify each bank account through whatever pattern/structure you used. The UI will be user-friendly. It can store the old data using JavaScript (or PHP/node.JS if you want this to be online or if you run a web server.) The exchange rates can be updated using third party APIs (Yahoo/Google) to give you the most recent rates. We can also track that if you want. I also have experience in writing charts and tables in my corporate work at HP.
